These are not our service terms. This page covers using the website itself. If you engage us to manage your property, that is governed by the Terms & conditions and the service agreement signed between us.
1. Who runs this site
The site hivestewards.com is operated by Hive International Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales under number 17368328, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, trading as Hive Stewards.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
2. What you may do
You are welcome to read the site, print pages for your own use, and share links to it. If you are considering our services or comparing them with others, that is exactly what it is here for.
3. What you may not do
- Copy, republish or distribute the content of this site, in whole or in substantial part, whether or not for payment
- Extract its content automatically or harvest it with automated tools, whether the content or the code
- Remove or obscure any ownership mark, including the mark that appears on printed copies
- Present our wording, structure or tools as your own, or use them to build or improve a competing service
- Attempt unauthorised access to the site or the server, transmit anything harmful, or interfere with its availability for others
4. Who owns what
The text, design, layout, code, the hexagon mark and the Hive Stewards name belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you.
Booking platform names and logos belong to their owners. We are independent, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any booking platform.
5. The information published on this site
What we say about licensing, requirements and compound permits is a general guide to give you the shape of it. It is not legal, tax or insurance advice, and it does not replace asking a professional about your own property.
- Laws and decrees change. We update the site as far as we can, but we do not guarantee it reflects the position on the day you read it
- The licensing decision rests with the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, and the entry-permit decision with compound management, not with us
Check anything that matters with the relevant authority or a professional adviser before acting on it.
6. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always run without interruption or error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to another site, such as a booking platform or an official body, it is because we think it useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
8. Our liability for the site
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or your reliance on what is in it, or from being unable to use it.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy, and in the Guest privacy notice, and on our Cookies.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the last change, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
11. Law and jurisdiction
Use of this website is governed by the law of England and Wales, as the law of the operating company. That does not affect any mandatory protection given by the law of the country where you live if you are a consumer. Management services inside Egypt are governed by their own Terms & conditions and Egyptian law.
