Cancel your contract

If you signed up as a consumer within the last 14 days, you can cancel without giving a reason. This form is one way to do it; an email or a letter saying the same thing works just as well.

Something was missing, so the notice wasn’t sent. Check the required fields and try again, or email us directly instead.

What happens next

• We acknowledge your cancellation in writing within two working days.
• If you asked us in writing to start during the 14 days, we may charge a proportionate amount for the work already done up to the point you told us.
• Anything due back to you is refunded within 14 days.
