Cancel your contract

If you signed up as a consumer within the last 14 days, you can cancel without giving a reason. This form is one way to do it; an email or a letter saying the same thing works just as well.

Something was missing, so the notice wasn’t sent. Check the required fields and try again, or email us directly instead.

What happens next

• As soon as your notice is recorded, we automatically attempt to email your acknowledgement immediately. Keep the email and your receipt reference. If the email does not arrive shortly, check your junk folder or contact us; you do not need to submit the notice again.
• If you asked us in writing to start during the 14 days, we may charge a proportionate amount for the work already done up to the point you told us.
• Any refund due is made without undue delay and within 14 days of us being informed of your cancellation.
